Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the entire renewal cycle for a portfolio of high-touch, high-premium healthcare accounts (including healthcare practices, schools, and DSOs).
  • •Serve as primary relationship lead for clients and brokers, ensuring consistent communication and service delivery.
  • •Proactively identify retention risks and develop strategies to maintain and grow accounts in support of retention goals and renewal targets.
  • •Coordinate with underwriting to deliver high-quality renewal outcomes, including leading renewal discussions, pricing reviews, and negotiations.
  • •Maintain account performance visibility, forecasting, and timely resolution of client and broker inquiries while improving the client experience.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of experience in account management, client retention, or relationship management, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • •Valid P&C license.

  • •Experience working with brokers, agents, and direct client relationships, including commercial lines operations.
  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent years of industry experience).
