Key Responsibilities

  • •Own physical operations, asset management, and EH&S compliance for a high-throughput RUO NGS lab environment.
  • •Maintain lab organization, labeling standards, housekeeping schedules, decontamination routines, and proper waste segregation.
  • •Coordinate equipment preventive maintenance, calibration, vendor/service-provider support, and repairs to minimize downtime.
  • •Manage end-to-end inventory including reorder points, purchasing requests, receiving, stock rotation, and freezer/sample integrity with chain-of-custody.
  • •Audit maintenance logs and calibration records, maintain equipment protocols, and use operational metrics to anticipate risks and keep contracted projects on schedule.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology, or a related field.
