Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and lead client relationships as the primary strategic and technical advisor.
  • •Deliver strategic reviews for key and multinational clients, aligning benefits programs with global objectives.
  • •Provide expert guidance on international benefits structures, ensuring recommendations meet regulatory requirements (including IDD) across jurisdictions.
  • •Identify and secure new business opportunities and support business plan delivery and revenue growth objectives.
  • •Provide direct line management to Consultants and Account Managers, including performance management, coaching, and oversight to ensure SLAs and client deliverables are met.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in international employee benefits.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing senior client relationships.
  • •Proven people management ability to lead, develop, and empower Account Managers.
  • •Previous line management experience preferred.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) preferred.
