•Own and continuously develop Allianz Technology’s global pricing framework, focusing on overhead, interest, and profit margin uplifts.
•Own the yearly re-pricing process for the AZ Technology Run portfolio, ensuring pricing guidelines, cost-plus pricing adherence, market-competitive pricing, and management/customer transparency.
•Guide IT service delivery units in preparing price calculations, business cases, billing models, and profitability analyses, including decision documents for senior management.
•Support global business units by designing transparent, simple pricing and charging models and leading price calculations to assess commercial impact on services and customers.
•Develop pricing simulations using AI-enabled analytical tools, drive pricing projects to simplify charging processes, ensure pricing deliverables meet standards, and coordinate a team of pricing colleagues.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in Controlling with a focus on Pricing in an international matrix organization or comparable consulting environment, ideally in the IT industry; transfer pricing familiarity is a plus.
•2+ years of leadership experience.
•Strong ability to communicate complex topics clearly and diplomatically with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
•Hands-on working style comfortable with data analysis and end-to-end project implementation.
•Willingness to understand costing and value flows within ERP systems, including implications for cross-border transactions, service productivity, and Controlling processes.
