Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive vehicles through auction lanes on sale day safely and in compliance with auction safety rules.
  • •Drive vehicles to and from designated auction areas and customer dealerships/businesses while following rules of the road and practicing defensive driving.
  • •Line up and park vehicles in the correct order as directed, move vehicles as necessary, and locate any “lost” vehicles.
  • •Assist with getting vehicles operating as needed (e.g., inflate tires, jump-start using a battery box/air tank) and notify the appropriate team when a vehicle is inoperative.
  • •Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following safety/health procedures and assisting customers and coworkers as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license required.
  • •Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
  • •Ability to perform frequent physical activities including entering/exiting vehicles, walking long distances, and standing, bending, climbing, and crouching.
  • •Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and meet required vision abilities (close, distance, color vision, depth perception).
  • •Clear a pre-employment drug test to be employed in this role.
