Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end lifecycle of core enterprise data products (e.g., Client Master, Transaction Master, Product Master), including roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and KPIs.
  • •Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, the Enterprise Data Office, and Engineering to surface data needs and run discovery to define the right problem.
  • •Perform hands-on dataset profiling, anomaly identification, and lineage validation, and define/enforce data quality and governance standards.
  • •Present roadmaps, business cases, and updates to senior leadership while managing stakeholder expectations and communicating trade-offs.
  • •Manage dependencies, risks, and blockers across workstreams and evaluate data tools/vendors to enable reliable, trusted data for business teams.

Key Requirements

  • •8–10 years in data product management or data product ownership within financial services, with asset or wealth management experience strongly preferred.
  • •Own and deliver multiple end-to-end data products simultaneously, including data transformation programs.
  • •Hands-on data analysis and querying skills across large enterprise platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks (or equivalent).
  • •Working knowledge of data governance, data quality management, metadata management, and data lineage practices.
