Sales & Service Manager - Stanford Shopping Center

Lead store sales and guest experience by executing business and service strategy on the floor. Oversee the Sales & Service team, assess guest connection and product education, and coach to close gaps. Partner with the General Manager on sales/service strategy, workforce coverage, client relationships, and business operations including budget, reporting, and metrics like expenses and sell-thru. Represent the business in meetings while guiding talent through recruiting, succession planning, and scheduling.
