Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, coordinate, and execute cyber exercises for DHS/CISA in alignment with HSEEP principles.
  • •Design realistic cyber scenarios, identify exercise objectives, and support exercise conduct and analysis.
  • •Draft and maintain exercise life-cycle documents from early concept/planning through execution and after-action reporting.
  • •Develop after-action reports and improvement plans with recommendations and modifications to cybersecurity plans and protocols.

Key Requirements

  • •Familiarity with Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) methodology.
  • •Ability to support planning and execution of cyber exercises, including objectives, scenarios, exercise construct, conduct, and after-action reporting.
  • •Expertise with Microsoft Office 365, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Top Secret/SCI clearance capability and US citizenship.
