Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate completion of client transactions while maintaining proper handling of assigned funds and records. Deliver a quality client experience by engaging customers, supporting both standardized and more complex transactions, and educating clients on digital self-service options like ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking. Cross-train to support sales efforts through outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM), and assist with new account openings and problem resolution.

•Provide a consistent, customer-focused experience by completing complex and standardized transactions and accurately maintaining records and proper handling of assigned monies.
•Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions such as ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking.
•Support the sales process through outbound calling, identifying client needs/opportunities, and referring clients to appropriate branch team members or specialists.
•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) practices to deliver Truist expertise and solutions aligned to client needs.
•Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, including serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
