Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently execute service provider deployment, migration, and optimization activities for strategic customers.
  • •Support the design and deployment of robust Service Provider solutions that drive key business outcomes.
  • •Create customer-facing documentation, migration plans, and implementation plans aligned to CX standards.
  • •Build complex test environments to validate solution designs.
  • •Engage in customer solution discussions by connecting proposed solutions to business priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •Requires a BS/BE/BTech degree (or equivalent) with 4-8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technology strategy and architecture to engineers, executives, and customers.
  • •Service Provider-related certification such as CCNA or CCNP is helpful, with a drive for continuous learning.
  • •Deep knowledge of L2/L3 networking protocols and technologies including IPv4/IPv6, STP/RSTP, EVPN, OSPF, ISIS, BGP, QoS, and Multicast.
  • •Hands-on experience with Service Provider platforms and architectures including Unified MPLS and knowledge of NCS540/NCS560, ASR9k, NCS55xx, and Cisco 8k; basic understanding of Cisco SDN technologies such as SR-MPLS and SRv6.
