Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical recommendations based on customer requirements and support the transition from break-fix to customer solutions-focused operations.
  • •Collaborate with a regional work team across clinical, sales, and service partners, coordinating project resources and tasks for customer deliverables.
  • •Perform administrative duties (timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, Field Change Orders, preventative maintenance, installation and site/service documentation) while meeting regulatory requirements.
  • •Install and integrate complex multi-phased systems combining IT infrastructure and patient monitoring equipment in clinical and non-clinical environments.
  • •Diagnose and resolve electronic, networking, and mechanical problems during implementations and verify system configuration viability for performance.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of professional working experience in IT technologies or electronics, preferably in a field or hospital-based service environment.
  • •Network configuration and/or troubleshooting experience, with Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification (or ability to obtain within 4 months).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Biomedical, or a related discipline.
  • •Ability to perform Field Service physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements with or without accommodation.
  • •Ability to work flexible hours and wear required PPE; travel across the specified geography as required.
