Job Summary

Analyze training needs and design, develop, deliver, and assess blended learning programs for a multicultural audience within the Emirates Group and strategic partners. Ensure training aligns with corporate objectives and complies with national and international standards. Evaluate training effectiveness using recognized models, conduct line checks, and support professional development through the Emirates Group Learning Portal (MLZ). Lead and supervise a team, including performance appraisals and training delivery quality review.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct training needs analysis with relevant business stakeholders and document findings and recommendations for business process change.
•Define learning program parameters, develop and document subject matter content, design program structure, and confirm delivery strategies and assessment methods.
•Deliver training using appropriate methods, ensure a safe learning environment, and monitor learner progress and acquisition of technical and generic skills.
•Plan, design, and develop assessment activities and evaluate competence using evidence, providing constructive feedback and follow-up actions.
•Lead and supervise a team: set objectives and targets, conduct performance appraisals, and review training delivery effectiveness for assigned trainers.

Key Requirements

•Degree in an internationally recognized professional qualification in the area of expertise, equivalent to City and Guilds International Certificate in Teaching and Training.
•Or 12 years schooling or equivalent, with a training qualification equivalent to City and Guilds International Certificate in Teaching and Training.
•2+ years of work experience in a similar role (or 5 years depending on qualifications).
•Knowledge of training packages and relevant competency/performance standards, policies, legal requirements, codes of practice, and industry best practices.
•Knowledge of instructional design principles and relevant OHS knowledge to incorporate into learning programs.
