Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technology design, implementation, execution, and/or optimization for customer projects/accounts to accelerate customer outcomes.
  • •Assist customers with integration and implementation of tools, systems, and service assurance for Cisco technologies.
  • •Support deployment of enterprise solutions tailored to customer environments using the LCS framework.
  • •Translate business requirements into solution design and support presales activities and task/project implementation for assigned engagements.
  • •Create and review project deliverables (e.g., HLD/LLD and implementation/change management plans) and build/use test environments to resolve moderate problems and compatibility issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent in Japanese (JLPT-N1 or equivalent highly desired).
  • •2-3 years of relevant experience across the network technical lifecycle (planning, design, implementation, optimization) for enterprise solutions, including at least 1 year with enterprise customer projects using routers and switches.
  • •Good understanding of end-to-end enterprise architectures with a baseline focus on routers/switches and related enterprise technologies.
  • •Knowledge of enterprise network protocols/technologies such as Data Center, ACI, SD-Access, SD-WAN, and Security.
  • •Associate-level certification (e.g., CCNA) or equivalent desired; CCNP or higher is a plus; AWS/Google/Oracle/RedHat/DevOps-related certifications are a plus.
