Key Responsibilities

•Lead and drive technology design, implementation, execution, and optimization for projects and accounts to accelerate customer outcomes.
•Provide/assist customers with integration and implementation of tools, systems, and service assurance for Cisco technologies.
•Assist deployment of enterprise solutions tailored to customer environments, applying the LCS framework.
•Support presale activities and translate business requirements into solution design.
•Build customer simulations in test labs to resolve/validate issues.

Key Requirements

•2-3 years of relevant experience in network lifecycle service including Planning, Design, Implementation, and Optimization of Enterprise Solutions; minimum 1 year of enterprise customer project experience with Routers and Switches
•Good understanding of End-to-end Enterprise Architectures, with a baseline focus on Routers/Switches and related technologies
•Knowledge of Enterprise NW protocols/technologies such as Data Center, ACI, SD-Access, SD-WAN, Security
•Associate level (e.g. CCNA) or equivalent certification; CCNP or higher is a plus
•Experience with Cloud and Virtualization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, AWS, OpenStack, etc.
