Job Summary

Lead cross-functional engineering project execution for Pratt & Whitney gas turbine engine programs within the MSEN organization. Coordinate activities with suppliers, customers, airframers, and internal teams to manage schedules, budgets, risks, and on-time milestones. Own project status reporting to CIPT and EDSI leadership, facilitate IPT meetings, and coordinate field support activities such as documentation and leak testing. Travel is required.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate engineering activities and technical task execution with suppliers, customers, airframers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery.
•Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and execution plans to achieve program milestones and on-time task completion.
•Communicate project status, performance metrics, risks, and mitigation plans to Component Integrated Product Team (CIPT) and Engine Design & System Integration (EDSI) leadership.
•Lead Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings to drive alignment, resolve issues, and support timely decision-making.
•Coordinate field support activities, including customer support documentation and leak testing with Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facilities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering, plus 2 years of relevant engineering experience; or an advanced degree in a related field.
•Demonstrated project management and organizational skills, with familiarity using a project execution framework (PMP is a plus).
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to develop solutions for complex technical and business challenges.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams and with customers, suppliers, and external partners.
•Familiarity with Pratt & Whitney’s Leadership Operating Model or a comparable project execution framework.
