Job Summary

Lead a team of integration engineers to help merchants successfully integrate Razorpay’s payment solutions. Own end-to-end integrations from solution design to go-live, troubleshoot API/webhook/SDK issues, and improve efficiency with documentation and runbooks. Monitor operational metrics (SLA compliance, MTTI, CSAT, CES) and manage escalations and incident response. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to translate technical issues into business impact and drive automation and AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor a team of around 15 integration engineers and team leads.
•Set goals via regular 1:1s and support career development while driving ownership and accountability.
•Monitor and improve SLA compliance, Mean Time to Integration (MTTI), CSAT, CES, and escalation rates.
•Own end-to-end merchant integrations from solution design to go-live and manage critical escalations and incident response.
•Troubleshoot API, webhook, SDK, and payment integration issues; create documentation/SOPs/runbooks and drive automation and AI tools.

Key Requirements

•5–6 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Integration Engineering, or Technical Account Management.
•Experience leading technical teams or serving as a technical lead.
•Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and SDK integrations.
•Experience tracking and improving operational metrics.
•Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Jira, Freshdesk, or DevRev; payment or fintech experience is a plus.
