Job Summary

Lead the guest experience on the Easton Town Center sales floor by driving engagement and guest education targets, coaching the team, and improving technical product knowledge. Build daily client relationships, review reports to strategize and deliver results, and support action plans for improvement. Partner with operations and visual leaders to manage store-related needs and oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, including recruiting and talent development.
