Key Responsibilities

•Own core messaging and positioning for Emergent products, including the app builder and AI agent platform. Set the narrative that every channel, asset, and team member rallies around.
•Run market research and competitive intelligence. Know the landscape better than anyone, and turn that knowledge into sharper positioning and faster product bets.
•Quarterback major product launches and smaller feature release cycles. Lead cross-functional GTM from kickoff through post-launch analysis.
•Get customer feedback directly from the source through user interviews, qualitative research, and usage pattern analysis. Bring the voice of the customer into every room.
•Translate core messaging into segmented channel and journey-level copy that engages and connects with our audiences across web, lifecycle, paid, social, and in-product surfaces.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product marketing experience at a high-growth tech company, with a track record of owning launches and positioning for products at meaningful scale.
•Exceptional writer and verbal communicator with clear, punchy copy across formats (docs, homepage, launches).
•Experience applying AI in daily workflows to significantly increase impact and output.
•Curiosity for the new AI stack and ability to position products that didn’t exist 18 months ago.
•Customer-obsessed and data-informed, starting with insight and validating with research before shipping.
