Job Summary

Support engineering test floors by maintaining and repairing high-end ATE tester systems and related support equipment. Perform preventative maintenance, upgrades, and installations while supporting software maintenance on testers. Improve system performance to meet process requirements, monitor and analyze tool data to reduce downtime, coordinate supplier repairs, and prepare technical reports with recommended solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, improvements, upgrades, and installations for test equipment.
•Work on high-end ATE tester systems and support equipment.
•Provide primary support for software maintenance on testers.
•Support customer service for the engineering test floor and improve system performance to meet process requirements.
•Monitor, analyze, and report on tool performance; coordinate supplier service and repairs when needed.

Key Requirements

•Strong computer skills including networking plus Windows and Linux skills.
•Associate's degree in a technical electronics/computer science related field (or equivalent Military Electronics training).
•Strong communication skills.
•Self-driven ability to identify and resolve issues to improve equipment performance.
•Good troubleshooting skills on electrical/mechanical systems.
