Job Summary

Oversee customer projects across the EU from PO to commissioning, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and a best-in-class customer experience. Lead direct reports, coordinate cross-functional teams across design, supply, logistics, and customers, and manage project P&L including forecasting, invoicing, cash flow, and costs. Provide technical support for PV solar tracking systems, drive resolution of installation/quality issues, and advocate for customer needs within the company.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain personal and shared WHS responsibility for Nextpower staff, contractors, and visitors on project sites.
•Manage whole customer accounts or project groups from PO to commissioning, owning all aspects of delivery.
•Provide technical support to customers and maintain technical understanding of PV solar tracking systems and associated tools.
•Coordinate ordering and availability of project tools, including training, and support installation and quality control resolution via Non-Conformance and Construction Deviation processes.
•Manage project P&L (revenue forecasting, invoicing, cash flow, and cost management) and drive cross-functional on-time delivery from PO to delivery.

Key Requirements

•2-5 years of combined Project Manager experience in energy, construction, mining, or oil & gas fields.
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
•Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
•Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee projects from PO through commissioning.
•Demonstrated leadership, excellent customer service, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
