Key Requirements

  • •Maintain NMLS registration under the SAFE Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, with ongoing compliance (including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record).
  • •Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Have four to five or more years of job-related retail banking experience, or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
  • •Demonstrate effective, confident client communication and strong active listening.
  • •Have comprehensive knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems.
