Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the creative process from concept to delivery, creating storytelling-led design narratives and guest-experience-focused concepts.
  • •Develop and present design concepts, including test fits, spatial planning, and 3D models, while reviewing drawing packages, finishes, and FF&E specifications.
  • •Manage project success against programmes, budgets, scope, and commercial requirements; identify risks early and resolve them proactively.
  • •Maintain active involvement throughout documentation and delivery, including resourcing, priorities, workflows, weekly resource tracking, and scheduling.
  • •Mentor junior team members and support studio culture, including resource planning and managing workloads across multiple concurrent projects.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years' professional experience in interior design or interior architecture, with significant hospitality and F&B experience.
  • •An outstanding portfolio across restaurants, food halls, bars, and hospitality/commercial environments through RIBA stages 1–6.
  • •Proven ability to develop emotive, narrative-driven, design-led concepts across varying scales and geographies.
  • •Strong creative leadership and technical/construction expertise to take concepts through design development and delivery.
  • •A bachelor’s degree in interior design/interior architecture (or related) from an accredited institution, or equivalent professional qualification.
