Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor scheduled production workflows, delivery windows, file movement, processing status, and operational alerts.
  • •Perform first-pass diagnosis for failed/delayed/incomplete workflows, including submissions analysis and member management troubleshooting, using runbooks, logs, dashboards, and tools.
  • •Execute approved rerun, reprocess, recovery, configuration, and validation procedures, then validate completion and document outcomes.
  • •Operate and monitor Flatfile production workflows and MuleSoft production integrations/flows, including evidence collection for escalation when needed.
  • •Support folder configuration, secure file transfer (S3/sFTP), login/access provisioning, approved document/PDF reprocessing, and use SQL read/diagnostic queries for validation.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years in production support, data operations, technical operations, application support, integration support, or a comparable production environment.
  • •Experience supporting submissions analysis and member management troubleshooting with first-pass diagnosis, validation, documented recovery, and clean escalation.
  • •Practical production experience with Flatfile (monitoring, ingestion/validation support, configuration checks, troubleshooting, documented recovery).
  • •Practical production experience with MuleSoft (integration/flow monitoring, first-pass diagnosis, approved rerun/recovery, escalation).
  • •Working knowledge of AWS/S3 and secure file transfer (sFTP), plus basic-to-intermediate SQL for read-only validation and investigation.
