Key Responsibilities

•Define Zip’s business data strategy and roadmap to support hyper-growth, new product lines, and global scale.
•Own end-to-end dashboarding and reporting, including the Executive Dashboard and GTM leadership and operational views.
•Architect AI-ready data foundations by structuring and exposing usage and business data for automated, intelligent outputs.
•Establish and govern a business single source of truth by standardizing and tracking key SaaS metrics via a semantic layer.
•Collaborate with Product Data Engineering and hire/mentor analytics engineers, BI developers, and data analysts; deliver automated executive and board reporting.

Salary: USD 250,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or analytics engineering, including 5+ years leading managers.
•Proven SaaS background with deep understanding of B2B SaaS business models, unit economics, and core metrics; experience with enterprise SaaS billing, Salesforce, and financial data.
•Ability to partner cross-functionally with technical engineering teams while delivering commercial value to GTM and Finance leaders.
•Executive presence to translate complex data concepts into clear business narratives for C-level executives and investors.
•Deep expertise in the modern data stack across analytics/BI layers (dbt, Looker, Tableau, Sigma) and building governed semantic layers.
