Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide commercial and technical leadership to engineers and technicians, plan workloads, and deliver projects to time, budget, and quality.
  • •Lead, review, and approve civil engineering infrastructure designs and specifications to produce buildable site solutions.
  • •Undertake project management responsibilities across a portfolio of schemes.
  • •Support business development by helping develop client relationships and secure new work in property and development sectors.
  • •Coordinate with other civil and technical specialists (ground, structural, MEP, environmental, surveyors, architects, project managers) across the UK and globally.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in UK development-led infrastructure engineering, typically in a private or consultancy environment.
  • •Strong technical capability designing highways, access roads, and development infrastructure (road geometry, public realm, earthworks, pavements, drainage, services).
  • •Good demonstrable experience with relevant standards and guidance.
  • •Road design experience using 3D computer modelling packages such as Civil 3D.
  • •Experience with drainage design including piped systems and SuDS, plus storage design and tools such as InfoDrainage.
