Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, inspect, identify, store, pick, and issue materials while maintaining accurate inventory records for Transmission Operations.
  • •Operate robust goods receipt and dispatch processes ensuring stock movements are accurate and fully traceable.
  • •Utilise SAP and manual inventory management systems to control stock levels, monitor material movements, and provide inventory data to stakeholders.
  • •Perform routine cycle counts and inventory audits, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to improve stock accuracy.
  • •Safely load/unload/move materials using mechanical handling equipment, coordinate depot deliveries using SPEN vehicles, and ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.
