Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead integration of architectural, structural, MEP, and specialty systems into a cohesive, constructible design.
  • •Facilitate interdisciplinary coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts while overseeing design deliverables to milestone requirements.
  • •Act as the primary interface between design teams and construction teams, supporting constructability, phasing, and logistics through trade partner coordination.
  • •Align design development with procurement and construction schedules, monitoring progress and proactively addressing delays.
  • •Oversee BIM/VDC use for coordination and clash detection, and lead design quality and constructability reviews for compliance with owner requirements, codes, and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related curriculum with 10 years of relevant design, construction, or design-build experience.
  • •2 years of leadership experience.
  • •Professional licensure (Architect or Professional Engineer) is a plus.
  • •DBIA Designated Design Build Professional® certification is strongly preferred.
  • •Proficiency in BIM/VDC platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, or similar) and strong understanding of building systems.
