Mechanic Lead - 3rd Shift

Lead maintenance activities on the floor during the 3rd shift by partnering with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure PMs are completed, downtime events are handled using the escalation protocol, and work is accurately logged in SAP. Conduct shift rounds, provide hands-on on-the-job training, and serve as the maintenance point of contact for other departments. Support root-cause problem solving and equipment risk assessments while complying with safety, food safety, and production standards.
