Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of estimators providing cost consultancy services for construction projects.
  • •Implement best practices for estimating processes and methodologies and apply innovative techniques to improve efficiency.
  • •Present formal estimating reports covering quantity, cost, escalation, and assumptions to project stakeholders.
  • •Perform cost risk analysis and provide input into value engineering; negotiate and approve final accounts.
  • •Develop market white paper reports and help win new work through bids and presentations for estimating scopes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant experience working in an estimating role in the construction industry.
  • •Experience providing conceptual estimating services and/or pre-construction services at a construction management or related firm.
  • •Construction consultancy experience is strongly preferred.
  • •Excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
