HR Operations & Payroll Specialist – German & English Speaker (w/m/d)

Own reliable, compliant HR operations and payroll delivery across Germany, Austria, and Poland. You’ll collaborate with external payroll providers, perform HR–payroll consistency checks, and act as backup to ensure accurate, on-time payroll. In Workday, maintain employee data and manage HR processes across the full hire-to-exit lifecycle, handle ticketed HR requests, support audits, and help standardize payroll and HR operations across markets.
