Job Summary

Own creator relationship management for the Indonesia TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Semi-Consignment program, working directly with creator networks and leading a team of front-line agents. Drive managed creators’ Live GMV growth by scaling affiliate Live matchmaking via TPA/BPO management, improving pitching and sampling processes, and coordinating with assortment/subsidy/ads. Improve 1on1 and group-chat creator engagement and offline top creator matchmaking to raise response, acceptance, and content/GMV generation.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead hands-on pitching and engagement with target creators as part of the Semi-Consignment Creator Management function.
•Manage a team of front-line agents to oversee creators’ day-to-day activities.
•Drive managed creators’ Live GMV growth by scaling affiliate Live matchmaking through TPA/BPO management, plus pitching and sampling process improvements.
•Improve 1on1 and group-chat creator engagement and offline top creator matchmaking to increase response and acceptance rates.
•Improve creator and assortment matchmaking to increase per-creator content production and GMV generation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•2+ years of experience in e-commerce affiliate/creator operations, ideally managing matchmaking for small and medium sellers.
•Strong understanding of video and live-based e-commerce; experience managing creator live sessions is preferred.
•Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
•Driven, detail-oriented, and motivated to achieve execution excellence; strong team player coordinating with cross-functional partners; experience managing TPA/BPO or interns is preferred.
