Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cost management services for a major capital construction program, providing strategic commercial leadership across the project lifecycle.
  • •Manage quantity surveying, cost controls, and change management activities, acting as the first point of contact for overall commercial status reporting.
  • •Interface with clients, stakeholders, and other consultants at all project stages, maintaining excellent professional communication and coordination.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or working toward accreditation preferred.
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium to large construction projects with moderate to high complexity.
  • •Strong understanding of construction industry procurement routes, value management, and value engineering, with excellent communication and stakeholder management.
