Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with application developers to understand and address current and future challenges.
•Develop and optimize core parallel algorithms and data structures, delivering solutions with GPUs through reference code and direct contributions.
•Work with architecture, research, libraries, tools, and system software teams to evaluate how approaches impact application performance and developer efficiency.
•Research and develop innovative AI techniques, conducting analysis and optimization for current and next-generation GPU architectures.

Key Requirements

•MS or PhD degree in AI computation or system optimization, or equivalent experience with 3+ years of relevant work.
•Strong knowledge of C++, software development, programming techniques, and AI algorithms.
•Proficiency in a specific domain such as multi-modal model training or post-training.
•Strong communication and organization skills.
•Logical approach to problem solving, with good time management and task prioritization.
