Lead all aspects of an assigned branch by driving performance through coaching, hiring, scheduling, and talent development. Grow branch business through small business and mass affluent development, client appointments, outbound calling, and community involvement to build Truist brand. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and the Truist Code of Ethics while partnering with IRM and operations teams.
