Job Summary

Support program planning by developing, maintaining, and analyzing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for complex programs, ensuring government compliance, resource loading, and cost/schedule integration. This onsite Tucson role partners with stakeholders to deliver executable program plans and predictive analytics, with opportunities to evolve the IMS throughout the program lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, maintain, and analyze the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the program lifecycle, incorporating contractual and programmatic changes to maintain current baselines.
•Ensure IMS compliance with government customer requirements and that the IMS is resource loaded with target budgets and traceable to production scope.
•Conduct detailed IMS analyses and communicate schedule status, critical path analysis, schedule variance, and what-if results to planning leadership, customers, and senior management.
•Support EAC and LRE processes as they relate to the IMS and develop/maintain the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software.
•Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop executable program plans and provide schedule and predictive analytics to drive program success.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field and a minimum of 2 years of Program Planning or Scheduling or Project Management experience.
•Experience using software designed for creating and maintaining industry-related schedules (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar).
•U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance; active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance required on day 1 (Secret).
•Ability to work onsite in Tucson, AZ; onsite role definition and requirements apply.
•Bachelor’s degree in STEM is preferred.
