Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and analyze the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the program lifecycle, incorporating contractual and programmatic changes to maintain current baselines.
  • •Ensure IMS compliance with government customer requirements and that the IMS is resource loaded with target budgets and traceable to production scope.
  • •Conduct detailed IMS analyses and communicate schedule status, critical path analysis, schedule variance, and what-if results to planning leadership, customers, and senior management.
  • •Support EAC and LRE processes as they relate to the IMS and develop/maintain the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software.
  • •Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop executable program plans and provide schedule and predictive analytics to drive program success.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field and a minimum of 2 years of Program Planning or Scheduling or Project Management experience.
  • •Experience using software designed for creating and maintaining industry-related schedules (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar).
  • •U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance; active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance required on day 1 (Secret).
  • •Ability to work onsite in Tucson, AZ; onsite role definition and requirements apply.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in STEM is preferred.
