Job Summary

Join the new Qantas Product Innovation Centre in Adelaide to test and validate conversational AI and chatbot solutions. You’ll design automated chatbot test suites, validate conversation flows (intents, entities, dialogue management), and troubleshoot issues with product, engineering, and AI teams. Help evolve CAI quality engineering capability by improving tools and frameworks, embedding chatbot testing into CI/CD, and contributing to go/no-go decisions for releases.

•Test and validate conversational AI and chatbot solutions to uphold software reliability, performance, and security.
•Design automated chatbot tests and validate conversation flows (intents, entities, dialogue management) across multiple scenarios.
•Troubleshoot chatbot issues in collaboration with product, engineering, and AI teams.
•Improve CAI quality engineering tools, frameworks, and overall testing approach.
•Embed chatbot testing into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to go/no-go decisions for chatbot and CAI releases.

•Strong experience in Quality Engineering or QA, with hands-on testing experience for conversational AI or chatbot platforms.
•Proven experience using Cyara Botium for chatbot test automation.
•Expertise in testing conversation flows including intents, entities, and dialogue management across scenarios.
•Experience validating chatbot integrations with backend systems and APIs.
•Ability to design and execute end-to-end test strategies for AI-driven customer experiences, including non-functional testing like performance, security, and accessibility.
