Key Responsibilities

•Oversee a targeted business portfolio to foster profitable growth and cultivate client partnerships.
•Generate leads and create opportunities for large, complex enterprise deals, potentially at an international level.
•Develop pursuit strategies to guide account teams through lengthy sales cycles and efficient pursuit activities.
•Lead value proposition development, addressing customer needs and evaluating key business drivers and potential risks.
•Initiate industry-leading R&D, serve as a lead authority, and train/mentor lower-level employees.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 216,000 - 275,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or commensurate work experience.
•Typically 12+ years of work experience, preferably in services or solutions business, sales, business development, engagement, or a related field.
•Strong ability to develop business strategies and value propositions for large, complex deals.
•Experience generating leads and cultivating opportunities for enterprise-level engagements, often at an international level.
•Familiarity with proposal development/management, bid management, RFP/RFI responses, and risk management.
