In-house Counsel & HR Business Partner (dual role)

Serve as a trusted advisor at the intersection of employment law and people strategy, supporting leaders and staff across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll provide employment law guidance, draft and negotiate employment-related contracts, and ensure policies comply with local labor regulations. In parallel, partner with business leaders on people strategy, guide managers through performance and disciplinary processes, and handle employee relations and workplace investigations with both HR and legal lenses.
