Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver telemedical consultations by phone and video, including anamnesis, assessment, recommendations, and treatment plans.
  • •Answer medical questions from customer specialist advisors within the telemedical center.
  • •Support medical quality assurance within the team.
  • •Contribute to expanding an internal medical knowledge database based on your interests and focus.
  • •Provide direct medical support to customers as part of an interdisciplinary, professional team (24/7 shift work).

Key Requirements

  • •MEBEKO-recognized specialist in General Internal Medicine or Practical Doctor; other specialties possible with sufficient safety for general and/or pediatric consultations.
  • •Professional practice authorization for the canton of Bern with OKP approval or ability to meet the requirements.
  • •Very good German or French as primary language, plus at least one other listed language (German, French, Italian, English) at B2 level.
  • •Willingness to work shifts and on weekends.
  • •High customer orientation and enjoyment of advising.
