Key Responsibilities

  • •Augment and deploy IT infrastructure (networking, servers, desktops) supporting mission-critical manufacturing networks.
  • •Perform systems upgrades and patches between critical operations, including occasional evenings/weekends.
  • •Monitor IT services and respond to incidents to maintain system performance.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve potential technical issues with deployments.
