Design and develop workflow-based RPA solutions during project development, translating requirements into defined inputs and outputs. Maintain RPA developer standards and investigate/document better practices and alternative approaches for future development. Deploy, test, and verify RPA applications, then support their operations. Collaborate with peers through code reviews, dev sessions, and pair-programming while continuously improving automation effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

•Model and develop robotic processes during the project development stage.
•Update and maintain RPA developer standards around best practices.
•Implement RPA applications according to requirements and business needs.
•Define RPA process automation inputs/outputs and design applications per preset requirements and best practices.
•Deploy, test, verify, and support operations of RPA applications (including mentoring peers via code reviews, dev sessions, and pair-programming).

Key Requirements

•B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (ITI graduate is an added plus).
•Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role or software development.
•Experience architecting and developing workflow-based solutions or functionality.
•Experience with RPA software (e.g., BluePrism, UI Path, WorkFusion) is advantageous.
•Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, and problem-solving skills; willingness to learn RPA/automation technologies and multitask across projects.
