Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead installation of electrical systems interconnecting residential solar arrays and battery storage systems to the power grid.
  • •Ensure electrical work complies with NEC, local codes, engineering plans, and safety standards.
  • •Safely plan, execute, and complete Main Panel Upgrades (MPU) and complex solar battery installations.
  • •Diagnose system issues, troubleshoot electrical problems, and perform necessary repairs or upgrades.
  • •Collaborate with local inspectors, homeowners, and branch teams to meet jurisdiction requirements and ensure smooth project completion.

Key Requirements

  • •Must possess a valid Journeyman License, Electrician Certification, or equivalent per state/local requirements (e.g., Wireman License).
  • •Proven background installing, repairing, and replacing residential electrical services and distribution panels.
  • •Hands-on experience wiring systems up to 600 VDC and 480 VAC and deep working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
  • •Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (pass a driving background check).
  • •Strong commitment to safety protocols and providing a positive experience for homeowners on-site.
