Line Cook- Punch Line Philly

Prepare and cook menu items in a fast-paced kitchen by following standardized recipes and portioning guidelines. Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service, maintain plate presentation, and keep the kitchen—including grills, ovens, stoves, and walk-in cooler—clean, safe, and hazard-free. Perform opening/closing duties and support food rotation and sanitation standards in line with House of Blues policies.
