Sales Associate II

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a Coach brand ambassador—building client relationships, driving sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and supporting daily store operations. Use mobile POS and clienteling tools, including social selling and short-form video, to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Maintain a clean, stocked sales floor and execute inventory and cash wrap tasks while meeting individual and team KPIs.
