Production Team Lead

Lead and coordinate a team of operators in BIW automated cells to ensure safe operations, strict quality compliance, and stable production flow. Drive throughput performance using JPH and OEE metrics by eliminating losses, enforcing standard work, and responding rapidly to abnormalities. Own first-time quality and traceability, run QRQC and root-cause activities, and coach team members through daily briefings, training, and continuous improvement (5S, Kaizen, A3).
