Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform a subset of hardware engineering activities applicable to the photonic engineering specialty.
  • •Analyze and define specific needs using methods such as advanced studies, simulations, mock-ups, models, and prototypes.
  • •Describe functions and requirements for the hardware solution or product.
  • •Formalize specifications and architectural design to develop the hardware solution or product.
  • •Identify critical development problems, assist in their resolution, and write accurate technical findings reports.

Salary: EUR 35,884.96 - 43,126 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Graduated with a Master of Engineering, Computer Science or another relevant university field.
  • •Significant experience in hardware development with experience in a specific specialty such as acoustics, chemistry, electrical engineering & servo-mechanism, hydrodynamics, inertia, quantum technologies, semiconductor technology, X-Rays, materials, or other specific technology.
  • •Strong technical background in mathematics, science, and computer science, with knowledge of specific specialty laws, norms, and standards.
  • •Rigorous and analytical approach to examine steps taken, assess outcomes, and make corrections to improve results.
  • •Ability to multitask across several projects while meeting deadlines.
