Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and define reliability stress, test flows, and test plans covering product reliability aspects.
  • •Coordinate reliability test planning and execution with the Global Quality team, including qualification gating and issue resolution.
  • •Drive DPM reduction and intrinsic reliability improvements using optimized manufacturing test flows and test strategy to meet Quality, Cost, and Cycle Time KPIs.
  • •Perform root-cause/debug of qual and RMA device reliability issues using EFA and PFA, driving cross-functional resolution and improvements.
  • •Provide recommendations for fab process conversions to reduce cost and increase yields, and manage associated risks with product stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (or related field).
  • •Experience in semiconductor devices, circuit design, or product validation.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills focused on root-cause identification and exploring solution spaces.
  • •Familiarity with CMOS technology, DRAM architecture, and basic device physics.
  • •Experience with data analysis, statistics, and scripting tools such as Python or JMP; strong attention to detail and communication.
