Key Responsibilities

  • •Teach core skilled trades topics including system installation, maintenance and repair, troubleshooting, and safe tool and equipment operation.
  • •Support learners with code compliance, regulatory and safety standards, and technical certifications needed to practice.
  • •Provide career coaching including resume review, LinkedIn review, interview prep, salary negotiation, and networking strategy.
  • •Assist with project management, customer service, and skill building for trade business operators and freelancers.
  • •Host virtual coaching sessions with flexible hours while partnering with the team to deliver a high-quality experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional experience in a skilled trade.
  • •Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
  • •A clear, structured approach to breaking down technical and business concepts.
  • •Ability to teach core skills including system installation, maintenance and repair, and troubleshooting.
