Key Responsibilities

•Teach core skilled trades topics including system installation, maintenance and repair, troubleshooting, and safe tool and equipment operation.
•Support learners with code compliance, regulatory and safety standards, and technical certifications needed to practice.
•Provide career coaching including resume review, LinkedIn review, interview prep, salary negotiation, and networking strategy.
•Assist with project management, customer service, and skill building for trade business operators and freelancers.
•Host virtual coaching sessions with flexible hours while partnering with the team to deliver a high-quality experience.

Key Requirements

•Professional experience in a skilled trade.
•Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
•A clear, structured approach to breaking down technical and business concepts.
•Ability to teach core skills including system installation, maintenance and repair, and troubleshooting.
•Experience with tool and equipment operation plus knowledge of code compliance, regulatory, safety standards, and technical certifications needed to practice.
