Job Summary

Design, estimate, and implement medium-to-high complexity applications across the full SDLC. Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, architecture, priorities, and risks while promoting clean, well-engineered software practices (including DevOps where relevant). •Research and propose AI-driven solutions to accelerate the SDLC and address business challenges.
•Promote IT standards and practices (including DevOps), recommend improvements, and review development work.

•5+ years of software development experience.

•Proficiency with Ruby and related tooling/frameworks such as Ruby version managers, Rails, and RSpec.
•Practical experience with SQL and platform-specific database systems, plus version control like Git.
•Solid testing/mocking experience, familiarity with HTTP/REST/JSON and Agile (Scrum/Kanban), and knowledge of CI/CD practices.
