Build and expand client relationships through consultative conversations both in person and by phone. Provide financial solutions across deposit, credit, convenience, and related product areas while supporting teller activities as needed. Meet individual and branch sales targets, refer more complex needs to internal specialists, and maintain strong client service standards. Maintain compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk-management policies, including SAFE/MLO requirements.
