Compliance Manager

Lead and manage the Compliance function to ensure the institution operates in full compliance with Brazilian financial regulations. Act as the point of contact for regulatory bodies, oversee the 2nd line of defense framework, and translate regulatory changes into actionable guidance. Develop and maintain the compliance program (policies, controls, KPIs, testing, investigations), coordinate with internal/external audit, and report compliance matters to senior management and the Board while building a high-performing compliance team.
